Conditions of Sale

 

  1. The articles are put up for Auction under instruction from various owners and are sold in  “As is where is” condition. Articles are to be inspected before purchase since no claim for compensation of any kind will lie after the sale. List of articles is subject to additions and deletions.
  2. Articles are sold with or without reserve price as the case may be, and highest bidder shall be agreeable for this before making his/her bid.
  3. Full bid amount should be paid immediately the bid  is knocked down. VAT as per TNVAT Act and handling charges of 2.21% (including Service Tax and Cess) should be paid on completion of the auction and the lot taken delivery of   after the auction on the same day before 5.00 pm failing which the amounts paid will be forfeited and the lot re-auctioned. No delivery while the auction is in progress.
  4. The goods shall remain in every respect at the risk of the buyer from the moment they are sold and the Auctioneers will not hold themselves responsible for  any loss or damage to the goods while in their custody.
